Jamie, owner of Interior Motive has always had a passion for Interior Design. After graduating from the Interior Design Program in 2009 from Sheridan College and receiving her diploma with honours, she was ready to dive right into the world of Design.

 

With over 10 years of experience in the field of residential design, she has an extensive knowledge of construction. Jamie was able to prefect her talents by working for various kitchen, bath and millwork companies throughout her years of practice. Her talents don’t stop there. Jamie not only designs your project, but she also brings it to life with her involvement every step of the way. She has a hands-on approach, which sets her apart from others. She does not hand off the millwork design for someone else to order, she can manage the project from start to finish.

 

Jamie is a mom of 2 energetic boys and is very practical during the planning stage. She understands how to plan the design around a family’s needs with her family friendly methods. Jamie spends a lot of time in the kitchen herself, she loves cooking, baking with her children and entertaining family and friends. Jamie knows what makes a home function well.  She gets a thorough understanding of how each client lives and plans to use the space she is designing. She is very price conscious and her main goal is to plan the project to fit within your budget.
